How We Evaluate Traders

At WorthAFollow, we evaluate traders through a structured and transparent methodology built around clarity, risk awareness, consistency, educational value, and transparency.

Clarity Transparency Risk Awareness Consistency Educational Value

Our Evaluation Framework

We do not rank traders by hype, follower count, or isolated winning calls. These are the five core categories used across WorthAFollow trader profiles and the Trader Scorecard.

Clarity

Clear explanations of the thesis, levels, timeframe, invalidation, and reasoning behind an idea.

Risk Awareness

Evidence that downside, position sizing, stops, drawdowns, and uncertainty are taken seriously.

Consistency

A stable process over time, not just one hot streak or a few viral market calls.

Educational Value

Content that helps traders learn, improve, and understand market context.

Transparency

Open discussion of reasoning, mistakes, losses, uncertainty, limitations, and updates.

How the Review Process Works

Each profile starts with research, then gets reviewed for clarity, risk awareness, consistency, educational value, and transparency. Profiles can change as new information becomes available.

1

Discover

We find traders through public platforms, community suggestions, and ongoing market research.

2

Review Content

We analyze posts, commentary, trade ideas, lessons, and how they explain decisions.

3

Assess Process

We look for methodology, rules, risk awareness, decision-making, and repeatable frameworks.

4

Check Transparency

We verify whether wins, losses, uncertainty, and limitations are represented honestly.

5

Monitor Consistency

We track whether behavior, tone, risk discipline, and posting remain consistent over time.

6

Publish or Update

We publish or revise profiles as better information, results, or context becomes available.
